Watson-Marlow Fluid Technology Group, will present glimpses of its broad range of positive displacement pumps and liquid-filling technologies at the 2019 PPMA Total Show, exhibition stand  D-90, including the Flexicon PF7, shortlisted for the PPMA Group Industry Awards.

This year the stand will include one of the latest additions to Flexicon’s flexible, reliable and versatile range of peristaltic filling machines, the PF7. The PF7 benchtop aseptic liquid-filling machine has been shortlisted for this year’s PPMA Group Industry Awards in the Innovative Processing System category. With a new intuitive user interface, error-free calibration and batch reporting, it is optimised for operation in GMP regulated industries such as biotechnology, pharmaceutical and diagnostics.

“In a field of benchtop fillers, where differentiation between competitor machines is difficult to see, the PF7 stands out as unique: it is robust yet elegant and intuitive, making it the advanced new benchmark in benchtop fillers.” said Steve Adams, Flexicon Product Manager.

Another pump taking centre stage this year is the MasoSine CertaTM for the food processing sector. Offering EHEDG Type EL Class I Aseptic certification, CertaTM is extremely easy to clean,  perfect for handling viscous products or fluids with inclusions and  its one shaft, one seal design, is considerably more energy efficient than other positive displacement pumps. Minimal maintenance downtime for cleaning ensures a fast return on investment. Certa pumps offer users fully CIP capable pump at flow rates up to 99,000 l/hr.

The company’s award-winning Qdos technology, offering precise chemical metering capability and rapid, no tools maintenance, will also be available to view on the stand. Qdos is available in four sizes, each of which is capable of handling a different flow range.
